**About this vacancy**:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving the development of technology assets like inks, printheads, and image processing to create advanced printing processes.
- Analyzing and optimizing the print process architecture to meet quality and business objectives.

**What we expect from you**:
We’re looking for a motivated team player with a strong technical foundation who is eager to innovate and learn.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physics.
- Strong experimental and modeling skills to understand and optimize printing processes.
- Up to 5 years of experience in product development, particularly in technical design and stakeholder collaboration.
- Outstanding people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and influence teams.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
