**About this vacancy**:
Als Process Researcher werk je aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ons inkjetprintproces. Dit omvat technologieën zoals printkoppen, inkten, onderhoud en fixatie. Dankzij jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, enthousiasme en ondernemende instelling weet je stakeholders binnen je project (zoals functies, ontwerpers en onderzoekers) te inspireren en te overtuigen. Je maakt deel uit van het Print Process-team en vertaalt complexe aspecten zoals printkwaliteit naar functionele eisen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Ontwikkelen van technologische componenten (inkten, printkoppen, media, beeldverwerking) voor state-of-the-art printprocessen.
- Begrijpen en afwegen van de printprocesarchitectuur om de juiste balans te vinden tussen printkwaliteit, toepassingsmogelijkheden, marktsnelheid en kosteneffectiviteit, passend bij de bedrijfsstrategie.
- Samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams om een werkend printproces te realiseren dat nieuwe toepassingen in grafische en industriële printoplossingen mogelijk maakt.

**What we expect from you**:

- Een Bachelor diploma in natuurkunde.
- Een sterke technische achtergrond en de wil om te leren.
- Ervaring met experimenten en modellering om de fysica van het printproces te begrijpen en te modelleren.
- Uitstekende people skills: je kunt mensen motiveren, beïnvloeden en samenbrengen.
- Ervaring met projectmanagement en een proactieve werkhouding.
- Sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden en een resultaatgerichte mindset.
- Maximaal 5 jaar werkervaring in productontwikkeling en technische ontwerpen.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels en Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
