**About the job**:

- At Scooperz we are looking for a Social brand manager, who will be working onside at our client in luxury brands. In this role, you will lead the execution of paid partnerships and campaigns, crafting and implementing a strategic advocacy plan. Your focus will be on creating compelling advocacy content, forging strong relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders in the industry, and boosting the brand's influence, visibility, engagement, and overall affinity. You will spearhead the advocacy strategy for the Benelux region, aligning it with the global approach. With a deep understanding of advocacy's impact, you will identify the right influencers and develop locally relevant hooks to maximize engagement. Your analytical skills will help you continuously refine and improve each campaign concept. You will be part of a digitally savvy team of experts, collaborating closely with your Scooperz colleagues and the social colleagues onside at the client.**Your day-to-day**:
- You create and manage the advocacy brand calendar on PR, seeding and eventing, aligned with the Product Brand Managers.-
- You coordinate brand events, influencer loyalty programs, brand purpose activations and on-trend seedings-
- You strengthen the brand position in advocacy by identifying the right (medical) influencer profiles to connect to our brands-
- You build a strong network of influencer relations with key profiles & rising talents that fit our brands-
- You are always looking for the latest trends and keep on innovating to secure our leading position in beauty.-
- You contribute to the growth of brand love metrics including share of influence, engagement and awareness, tracking and reviewing performance to further optimize our strategy.-
- Your entrepreneurial spirit will lead the brand into new digital territories while pro-actively sharing best practices within the organization-
- You will work together with PR and influencer agencies
- You collaborate with a wide marketing & digital community to ensure seamless consumer paths to purchase.**About you**:
- Social Native - you know the social media landscape
- Creative and always up to date on the latest trends in beauty and social media
- A network of influencers in beauty & lifestyle
- 3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing/ PR-
- You have an analytical mindset and a data driven approach to advocacy
- Fluent in English and either Dutch
