**Summary**:
**Wat doe je?**:

- Jezelf breed ontwikkelen binnen verschillende afdelingen.
- Customer success, office management en/of recruitment projecten.
- Onderdeel uitmaken van een jong en enthousiast team.

**Wat zijn de vereisten?**:

- HBO/WO werk
- en denkniveau.
- Beschikbaar voor mínimaal 4 maanden, 24-40 uur per week.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
- Interesse in psychologie en assessments is een pre.
- Ervaring is geen must, proactiviteit wel

**Wat krijg je?**:

- Een stagevergoeding van € 450 per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur per week).
- Maandelijks € 30 extra vergoeding voor het gebruik van je eigen laptop en telefoon.
- Erg veel verantwoordelijkheid en veel ruimte voor professionele en persoonlijke groei.

**Vacature Stage Commercieel**:
Voor deze stage zijn we op zoek naar een manusje-van-alles. Ideaal voor als je jezelf op meerdere vlakken wilt ontwikkelen of er simpelweg nog niet uit bent binnen welke afdeling je later aan de slag wilt gaan.

Samenvattend zal het gaan over verantwoordelijkheden verspreid over customer success, office (en event) management en recruitment.

Om je een beter idee te geven van de mogelijkheden hieronder een rijtje voorbeelden van werkzaamheden. Overigens zijn we flexibel en gaan we graag het gesprek met je aan om te kijken wat het beste aansluit bij jouw interesses :)

Customer Success
- Klanten helpen en adviseren.
- Beheren en uitbreiden van de Talentpool.
- Verzamelen van klantfeedback om onze service naar een nog hoger niveau te tillen.
- Data analyses maken.

Office management
- Assisteren bij de planning en organisatie van evenementen.
- Operationele ondersteuning op diverse vlakken.
- Beheren van inkoop.

Recruitment
- Actief op zoek gaan naar nieuw talent voor ons bedrijf.
- Meedenken over onze Employer Branding.
- Onze Instagram beheren en naar een hoger niveau tillen.

PS. Bezig zijn met een bepaalde opleiding is voor ons geen vereiste, zelfs geen pre, maar gerelateerde opleidingen zouden bijvoorbeeld kunnen zijn: commerciële economie, business studies, international business, business administration, psychologie, toegepaste psychologie, sales and accountmanagement, en nog veel meer.

**Stage lopen bij The Selection Lab**:
The Selection Lab, gevestigd in Amsterdam, is als goed gefunde HR tech start-up hard bezig om de werving
- en selectie industrie op z’n kop te zetten. Dit doen wij door digitale selectie-instrumenten en AI te combineren in ons eigen SaaS product. We groeien hard, zo zijn wij in de afgelopen 6 maanden vertienvoudigd in het aantal klanten. Ook onze werknemers groeien ook hard, zowel persoonlijk als professioneel. ‍
