nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-metre-tall building is in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base.

For this iconic social hub, we are looking for a daring, skilled and innovative leader, with a magnetic personality, who is ready to take part in a dynamic design hotel. You and your team are the catalysts behind the magnetic vibe of nhow Amsterdam. You are the vibe

**What are you going to do?**

You will be responsible for these 3 key areas:

- Managing guest experience and caring for our guests. You will do that by anticipating the guests' needs, talking to them before arrival as well as in the hotel, handling potential feedback and complaints from the current guests and following up on these. The aim is to exceed the guests' expectations. As cheesy as it sounds, this is what we strive to do.
- Managing the quality. You will do this by analyzing the reviews, surveys, competitor scores and benchmarks. You share these results with the different departments and together work towards improvements.
- The Guest Relations team is small (4) but mighty, creative, and international. In this role you will guide, mentor, and develop your team so that they continue to be the nhow brand ambassadors.

**What's in it for us?**
- You are currently leading a team in either of these areas: hotel reception, guest relations, duty management, and you have been doing it for at least 1 year;
- You have at least 1 year experience working in guest-facing role, ideally dealing with guests from different cultures, preferably in travel & tourism;
- You naturally want to connect with and help people, get to know our guests, and adapt the service to them;
- Positive, can-do mindset;
- You are organized, with an eye for detail;
- You have ideas and you are not afraid turning them into reality;
- Knowledge of SAP software is a strong advantage;
- You need to be able to speak and write in English very well; we are excited if you bring another language along.
