**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Understands what ICON stands for and how we can best express this in our content
- Formatting images for social media posts
- Support during shoots and content creation
- Support with design of the weekly newsletters
- Monitoring social media and design trends and translating them to fit Icon

**What We're Looking For**:

- You are pursuing a relevant college or university degree in marketing (or similar) or you are recently graduated
- You can work well with the Adobe Creative program
- You are eager to learn with a real hands-on mentality
- You are creative and think outside the box
- You are meticulous and have an eye for detail
- You are enthusiastic and ambitious
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- You are available 4-5 days a week for at least 5 months
