**Job description**:
As an All-Round Creative you will be responsible for 360 brand representation, reporting to the Marketing Manager. This includes, but is not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Creative conceptualization** - Conceptualize and execute creative projects and campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media, embodying the unique spirit of Rocycle.
- ** Content Production** - Manage, produce and edit video and photography content in cities like Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels and Hamburg
- ** Collaboration** - Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver visually compelling solutions that resonate with our community.
- ** Inspire and innovat**e - Generate ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions to elevate the Rocycle creative process.
- ** Visual storytelling** - Design visuals that capture the essence of Rocycle, from social media content to posters and other engaging elements for various projects.
- ** Trendsetting** - Stay ahead of industry trends and seamlessly incorporate them into Rocycle's creative endeavors.
- ** Project ownership** - Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring a high level of quality and creativity that aligns with the Rocycle brand.

**Your qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a creative professional in a similar role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong experience in editing photography and video content for social media
- Strong experience in graphic design
- A creative mindset with a deep understanding of the Rocycle brand and its unique culture.
- Proficiency in using design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for connecting with the Rocycle community.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for aesthetics that align with Rocycle's vibrant identity.
- Agility in a fast-paced environment
- Strong command of the English language both oral & written
- Bachelor’s degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline
- Fluent in English
