- Exceed our guest’s expectations
- Requires knowledge of all aspects of excellent quality restaurant service
- Great positive attitude, having fun and collaborate as team
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout all restaurant areas
- In charge of the hostess team
- Manage all Reservation & Events requests

How to succeed as Waiter at Ferilli’s Hospitality Group;_**
- Proven experience as a hostess in a high-end or fine dining Italian restaurant or motivation and willingness to learn and develop
- Strong teambuilding skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your colleagues
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising in quality
