Natuurlijk regelen wij ook het transport van huis tot huis. Voor de afdeling import op de locatie Oude Meer/ Schiphol, zijn wij op zoek naar enthousiaste Teamleider. **De functie**
- Je stuurt een groep aan van 9 medewerkers
- Je houdt toezicht op en geeft (waar nodig mede) uitvoering aan het afhandelen van zendingen
- Je houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit van de operatie en fungeert als aanspreekpunt
- Je doet aanbevelingen aan de leiding ten aanzien van werkmethoden, hulpmiddelen en de inrichting van het werk
- Relatie beheer van klanten en andere uitvoerende teams
- Je begeleidt, instrueert, corrigeert en stimuleert de medewerkers en zorgt voor een goede onderlinge samenwerking
- Je houdt toezicht op en geeft (waar nodig mede) uitvoering aan het afhandelen van zendingen
- Je draagt tevens zorg voor juiste communicatie met overige teamleaders en uitvoering van werkzaamheden
**Wij vragen**
- Je functioneert op HBO werk
- en denkniveau
- Je hebt 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring opgedaan op een import luchtvracht
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- Je bent oplossingsgericht en hebt doorzettingsvermogen. Daarnaast ben je flexibel met betrekking tot werktijden
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van MS Word, Excel, Outlook en Internet
