**Introduction on the role**:
Our HEYDUDE International team in Hoofddorp is looking for a Business Analyst.
The Business Analyst main goal is to provide accurate reporting and business insights to support the HEYDUDE International team in the decision-making process and business planning. The role expects you to be deeply involved in commercial meetings and to collaborate with the members of the HEYDUDE International team as well as global commercial and finance teams.
**What will you do?**
- Development and continuously improve reporting solutions using SAP BI, MS Excel, MS Access, or other Sales related systems or software to drive business efficiencies / performance and deliver business recommendations and business planning
- Support creating Ad-hoc reporting for decision making, meetings and presentations.
- Support the HEYDUDE International team in the validation of report contents, enhancements to reports based on changing business needs, and distribution of reports on a scheduled (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and ad-hoc basis.
- Proactively deliver KPI reports, within pre
- defined timelines, in support of running the business and any ad hoc request needs.
- Identify issues and advise on possible solutions, offering generic support and consultancy to the HEYDUDE International team to sell product according to the company philosophy and budgeted objectives to obtain maximum profitability.
- Support the HEYDUDE International team in the development, maintenance and evaluation of sales forecasting.
- Liaise with Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain to analyze the impact of sales plan on purchasing, inventory levels and HEYDUDE International revenues.
- Coordinate financial forecasting activities of Distributors and Sales teams.
- Support the team in the collection, report development, maintenance and evaluation of the sell-through information of selected Key Accounts.
- Analyze the International Key Account inventory position and sell-through performance to identify and fulfill in-season sales opportunities.
- Measure success of specific product or marketing strategies.
- Provide information to the business based on channel and/or product segmentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and advise planning on risk and/or opportunities in conjunction with expected sales due to changes in the business.
- Regularly collect and review sell through data coming from DTC channels and identify in-season sales opportunities. Highlight these opportunities to the sales organizations.
- Support other functions with the business intelligence platform.
- Build knowledge on the companies' reporting tools and database structure to better serve the local needs and research data issues and data integrity to ensure accuracy in reporting. This includes being a central point of contact for all sales information requests and working with key users from Supply Chain and Finance to coordinate business needs.
**Who are you?**
- Bachelor's degree or similar in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Min 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Statistics, International business or Economics at a Bachelor level.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, BI. Reporting experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation and writing skills.
- Pro-active attitude and a self-starter.
- Experience with report development, automation and manipulation of large data sets.
- Experience solving problems with statistical techniques arriving to recommendations.
- Natural curiosity, collaborative, flexible and high attention to detail.
- Innovative, creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to connect the dots and build a story from data. Ability to translate numbers into insights and actions.
- Ability to summarize, simplify and clearly communicate data/insights.
