Barrica food & Wine is een kleine populaire gastro bar met een trouwe schare fans uit de buurt en alleen maar leuke gasten verder. We zijn open van 17:00 tot 23:30. En in het weekend iets langer (01:00 max)

We hebben een klein team van 16 medewerkers.Per avond hebben we voor de bar 3-6 shifts en voor de keuken 3-4 shifts in geroosterd.

Je sluit altijd met 2 of 3 personen. De sfeer is ongedwongen en we zitten op een super mooi plekje in Oud West.

Kennis van wijn is een pré, maar anders ook geen probleem. Dan zorgen ervoor dat je je wijnkennis snel op peil hebt.

Naast dat we absoluut collega's zoeken voor op de vloer, is er ook nog genoeg werk naast de shifts. Dus als je het leuk vindt, om je ook te bemoeien met events, sociaals, inrichting, stijl of de meer projectmatige kant zoals roosters etc, dan kan dat. Zo heb je verdien je geld, leer je over wijn en als je wil en over de skills beschikt, dus ook over het managen van de zaak.

Er is dus absoluut ruimte om te groeien.

Betaling conform horeca cao. Maar groei mogelijk. Ook zzp contracten bespreekbaar voor seniors.

Barrica food & Wine is a small popular gastro bar with a loyal fan base from the area and only nice guests. We are open from 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM. And on weekends a little longer (01:00 max)
We have a small team of 16 employees. Per evening we have scheduled 3-6 shifts for the bar and 3-4 shifts for the kitchen.
You always close with 2 or 3 people. The atmosphere is casual and we are in a super nice spot in Old West.
Knowledge of wine is an advantage, but otherwise no problem. We make ensure that you quickly have your wine knowledge up to date.

Besides the fact that we are definitely looking for colleagues for the floor, there is also plenty of work in addition to the shifts. So if you like to get involved with events, socials, decor, style or the more project-based side such as schedules, etc., you can. This is how you earn money, learn about wine and, if you want and have the skills, also about managing the business.
So there is definitely room to grow.
Payment in accordance with the catering collective agreement. But growth possible. Self-employed contracts also negotiable for seniors.
