Als Visual & User Experience Designer ben je de creatieve kracht voor onze online omgevingen. Je werkt nauw samen met de andere disciplines binnen het team en je bent hét aanspreekpunt waar het gaat om gebruiksvriendelijkheid, gemak en proces. Je weet tot een gedegen aanpak te komen. Je functie: - Je bent het aanspreekpunt wanneer het gaat om design gerelateerde vragen over onze online omgevingen. - Je creëert wireframes op basis van nieuwe wensen en kunt deze presenteren en overdragen naar de rest van het team. - Je werkt nauw samen in een specialistisch team aan de doorontwikkeling van onze online omgevingen. - Je werkt in een multidisciplinair Agile/Scrum team. Als Visual / UX Designer ben je een kei in communiceren en kan je stakeholders mee krijgen in het verhaal rondom jouw werk. Ook ben je sterk in het vertalen van jouw idee naar designs en betrek je de nodige specialisten erbij. Wil jij jouw bijdrage leveren aan de doorontwikkeling van bijvoorbeeld onze klantomgeving, de ervaring van flows in je ontwerpen verbeteren en ben je niet bang je ongezouten mening te geven over wat moet of echt niet kan? **Eisen**
- HBO/WO werk
- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare kennis en ervaring als UX designer
- Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare kennis en ervaring als Visual Designer
- Minimaal 3 ervaring met de design tools Figma en Adobe Creative Suite
- Goede beheersing Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift

De kandidaat dient te beschikken over de volgende competenties:
1. Verbinden: medewerkers motiveren, verbinden en de samenwerking stimuleren zowel binnen als buiten het team bemaling.

2. Duidelijk communiceren: goed je eigen menig kunnen onderbouwen met heldere argumenten.

3. Leiderschap: Taakgericht leiding geven, je kunt een team aansturen, overtuigen en klantgericht werken.

4. innovatief: Innovatief zijn, ideeën verbeteren en probleemoplossend werken?

5. Planmatig: organisatievermogen, zorgvuldig, planmatig en resultaatgericht kunnen werken.

6. Stressbestendig. je bent in staat om onder tijdsdruk te kunnen werken en je kunt goed schakelen. In geval van calamiteiten zelfstandig handelend op te treden als coördinator scenario.

7. Analytisch; Breed analyseren en in staat om hoofd
- en bijzaken te scheiden.

- Ervaring met design maken voor een organisatie in beweging. (40p)
- Ervaring met het werken in een Agile omgeving (10p)
- Kennis van WCAG 2.1 richtlijnen binnen Digital Design (40p)
- Kennis van communicatie en branding (10p)
