In this role, you will mainly support the director, ensuring that he can focus on the most important projects and tasks.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in supplements and health ingredients and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Send Out Samples**:Prepare and send out product samples to potential andexisting clients.
- **Send Out Orders**:Manage and dispatch customer orders eRiciently.
- **Repack Orders**:Repack products as necessary to ensure they meet our high
- quality standards.
- **Arrange Shipping for Orders**:Coordinate with shipping companies to arrange timely delivery of orders.
- **Handle Administration**:Perform administrative tasks including maintaining records, managing correspondence, and supporting daily oRice operations.
- **Agenda Management**:Organize, prioritize, and schedule internal and external meetings.
- **Follow Up on Action Points**:Independently follow up on action items resulting from agenda management.
- **Expense Processing**:Process and submit monthly expense reports for business credit card and cash expenses.

**Requirements**:

- **Organized**:Must have excellent organizational skills to manage multiple taskseRiciently.
- **Good in English**:Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Interested in Supplements and Health Ingredients**:A genuine interest in the health and wellness industry.
- **Go-getter**:Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to take initiative and get things done.
