**SAMENVATTING**:
Jij zorgt voor een uitstekende service aan alle New Balance klanten, het aanbieden van een naadloze end-to-end service en een hoog niveau van klantenservice en follow-up. Je werkt nauw samen met het Sales team en biedt ondersteuning waar nodig. Je zorgt ervoor dat je alle aspecten van de orderportefeuille beheer oppakt, inclusief verwerking van bestellingen, onderhoud van bestellingen en orderportefeuille conversie voor wholesale-accounts.
**BELANGRIJKSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN**:
- Plaatsen van bestellingen in het systeem ( PRE - and RE-orders).
- Bouwen van een Orderboek, uitsturen en aanpassen en daadwerkelijk op tijd uitleveren van dat orderboek met behulp van Sales, Finance, Logistiek en onze klanten.
- Uitvoeren van Housekeeping activiteiten in het systeem als gevolg van de inkoop.
- Aanmaken van return orders en het samenwerken met onze logistieke collega’s.
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van een goede relatie met interne afdelingen om processen zo goed mogelijk te laten verlopen.
- Onderhouden van de juiste communicatielijnen met het 3PL.
**VEREISTEN VOOR SUCCES**:
- Sterke communicator.
- Ervaring in het werken met B2B klanten.
- Excel vaardigheden.
- Nauwkeurig en precies kunnen werken met data.
- Ervaring in een soortgelijke Customer Service rol of branche.
- Teamspeler.
- Goede relatiebouwer met interne en externe klanten.
- Proactieve houding.
- Positieve houding.
- Kunnen omgaan met deadlines en druk.
- Gevoel hebben voor klanttevredenheid.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en je goed kunnen uitdrukken in het Engels is noodzakelijk.

**JOB MISSION**:
Our customers are important to us and that is why they deserve best-in-class service from New Balance. You will be working together with the sales team to contribute to reaching the commercial targets in the BNLX region.
Creating, maintaining and converting the orderbook for our wholesale customers is part of the daily tasks you will be responsible for.

**MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Create orders in the system (PRE- en RE-orders).
- Building an Orderbook, sharing, maintaining and converting that Orderbook with the support of Sales, Finance, Logistics and our customers.
- Perform Housekeeping changes in our ERP system.
- Create return orders and collaborate with our Logistics Team.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal departments to smoothen our processes.
- Maintain the correct communication channels with our 3PL.
**REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS**:
- Strong Communicator.
- Experience in working with B2B customers.
- Experience in Customer Service roles/sporting goods industry.
- Excel skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Team player.
- Bridgebuilder.
- Proactive attitude.
- Positive mindset.
- Able to deal with deadlines/pressure.
- Knows what customer satisfaction is all about.
- Fluent in Dutch and able to express yourself in English well.
