**Job Title**: Document Controller

**Summary**:
The Document Controller is responsible for the accurate and timely management of all project documentation throughout the lifecycle of a data center construction project. This includes ensuring that the correct versions of documents are accessible to the relevant parties, maintaining document control procedures, and facilitating efficient communication across project teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Document Management**:

- Receive, register, and distribute project documents
- Maintain document control systems (both physical and electronic)
- Manage document revisions and version control
- Ensure proper document storage and archiving
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Facilitate document transmittals between project teams
- Track and manage requests for information (RFIs)
- Assist in project close-out documentation
- **Process Improvement**:

- Implement and maintain document control procedures
- Contribute to the development of best practices
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Document Controller,
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in document management software
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
