**Head of Accounting**

Voor ons bruisende hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam zoeken we een Head of Accounting die energie krijgt van het coachen en aansturen van een team. **Head of Accounting bij JCDecaux Nederland**

Het Finance team bestaat uit 8 collega’s. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de CFO van JCDecaux Nederland. De Head of Accounting is verantwoordelijk voor een juiste en tijdige boekhouding en rapportages, zodat alle interne en externe stakeholders op het juiste moment over de juiste informatie beschikken. Je stuurt het boekhoudteam aan in hun dagelijkse activiteiten.

**Wat zijn jouw taken?**
- ** Teamcoach & Leider**: Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter ons accountingteam. Met jouw coaching-skills motiveer je je team en help je ze het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
- ** Boekhouding & Grootboek**: Jij bent eindverantwoordelijk voor een juiste en tijdige boekhouding op lokaal GAAP- en IFRS-niveau, waarbij je toezicht houdt op het grootboek en zorgt dat alle gegevens kloppen.
- ** Rapportages**: Je leidt de maand-, kwartaal
- en jaarrapportages en bent verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse Saphir Reporting (Group Reporting Software). Daarnaast fungeer je als contactpersoon voor Corporate Finance (reporting) en fiscale rapportages.
- ** Auditmanagement**: Je beheert audits in samenwerking met externe auditdiensten en zorgt voor volledige naleving van alle regelgeving (samen met de CFO).
- ** BTW, vennootschapsbelasting en loonbelasting**: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de BTW- en loonbelastingaangiftes. Je bent goed bekend met deze belastingen en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor externe partijen, zoals de Belastingdienst en externe adviseurs.
- ** Overige werkzaamheden**: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de naleving van de regelgeving en draagt bij aan proces
- en systeemoptimalisaties.

**Wat vragen wij?**
- Master Accounting, CPA of CA programma/ HBO (bachelor niveau)
- Meerdere jaren ervaring in een zakelijke of financiële omgeving, idealiter binnen een accountantskantoor (een pre)
- Uitstekende kennis MS Excel en andere MS programma's (o.a. Word, Teams, Powerpoint)
- Kennis van en ervaring met ERP-systemen, SAP S4/HANA
- Ervaring met IFRS-16 regelgeving (een pre)
