As a Marketing Manager, you are the creative mastermind behind analysing, developing, implementing, and setting up strategic marketing plans that captivate potential customers and keep existing clients returning for more. You guide your team and drive to the TWD’s success, for specific lines of business and brands within it.

**Foundations Of Your Job**:
As a Marketing Manager, you’re the central point for your marketing team, providing direction and inspiration. Management relies on you for Internal and external communication. You thrive in dynamic environments, collaborating with diverse teams. Your role is crucial in aligning market and business direction with the company’s strategic goals, making a significant impact on the organization’s future.

A glimpse of your responsibilities:

- Drive digital marketing campaigns that push the boundaries of innovation and success, while ensuring cohesive branding efforts.
- Oversee internal communication strategies to keep all stakeholders well-informed and engaged. Develop and curate compelling content to amplify TWD’s market presence and resonate with target audiences.
- Implement strategic digital initiatives that enhance TWD’s online market presence.
- Analyse digital market trends and distribute qualified leads to attract new customers and retain loyal ones.
- Lead a team of passionate marketing experts and be the marketing team’s key stakeholder, creating bridges with teams to ensure cohesive efforts.
- Keep senior leadership informed on the progress of marketing activities and deliver insightful reports on campaign results.

**What Makes You Great**:
As a Marketing Manager, you have prior experience working with construction or engineering markets. You manage and guide marketing, lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, and collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies. You brainstorm ideas for new campaigns and coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies. Additionally, you monitor current campaigns, ensuring your team meets deadlines and completes necessary tasks. By analyzing data, you evaluate the success of marketing efforts and develop new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.

You are the perfect match for TWD if you also have the following skills and experience:

- 7 to 10+ years of working experience in marketing sales
- Prior experience people management experience
- Commercially minded and data-driven decision maker, forward-thinking mindset, proactive problem solver.
- Background in working for technical companies
- Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- You are comfortable being able to commute to the office most of the time to connect face-to-face with stakeholders.
