Wat ga je doen?

Als Marketing Communication Manager zorg jij ervoor dat Payter een sterk en herkenbaar merk blijft. Je bewaakt onze merkidentiteit en ontwikkelt creatieve content die onze boodschap krachtig overbrengt. Je werkt aan visuele en tekstuele marketingmaterialen voor online en offline kanalen, ondersteunt onze employer branding en zorgt voor een professionele uitstraling op beurzen en evenementen.

Daarnaast:

- Creëer en coördineer je marketingmaterialen, zoals socialmediacontent, website-updates, beursstands en promotiemateriaal.
- Stem je alle communicatie-uitingen af met interne teams en externe bureaus.
- Heb je ruimte voor creativiteit in zowel tekst als design.
- Richt jij je volledig op branding en merkversterking - niet op salesgerichte marketing.

Wat neem je mee?
- HBO werk
- en denkniveau in marketing, communicatie of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een marketingrol met focus op merkontwikkeling en contentcreatie.
- Ervaring met designsoftware en een goed oog voor visuele content.
- Kennis van offline marketing, zoals beurzen en printmateriaal.
- Organisatorisch sterk en in staat om zelfstandig projecten te leiden.
- Creatief, proactief en een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Uitstekende beheersing van het Engels, zowel in spreken als schrijven (al onze content is in het Engels).
