Your efforts will not only enhance our reputation but will also safeguard our long-term sustainability.

Develop and implement CSR strategies that integrate sustainability and ethical practices across the business.Lead initiatives to ensure the company’s operations align with our core values.Work closely with various departments to embed CSR values into their processes, encouraging innovation and driving value creation across the board.Monitor and report on the progress of CSR initiatives, ensuring compliance with global standards and contributing to the company’s goals.Foster a culture of social responsibility across the company, enhancing employee engagement and stimulating customer loyalty through various CSR programs.

Core competences:

- Strategic leadership for developing impactful CSR strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement to weave CSR into business practices.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate CSR vision
- In-depth knowledge of - and experience in - a specific CSR area, such as CO2 accounting/reduction, ethical supply chain, or the circular economy,

Professional qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in CSR, sustainability, or a related field, with a business or consultancy.
- Specific expertise in a key CSR focus area (e.g., CO2 accounting/reduction, ethical supply chain or circular economy), demonstrated through past projects and continued education.
