**Your Role in the Story**

As a Project Administrator, you are an integral part of our project team, ensuring seamless project administration. You will oversee incoming invoices, ensuring that work is executed as per agreements before processing timely payments to our vendors. You will provide management and senior project controllers with critical information on purchase orders and invoices, coordinating closely with various stakeholders. In collaboration with the project controller, you will assist in creating internal man-hour reports, detailing expenditures, invoicing clients, and generating client-specific reports and support reimbursable scopes.

**What You Will Be Working On**:
Daily Activities Include:

- Supporting the monthly project closing process (both internal and external)
- Preparing invoices related to reimbursable costs and man hours
- Advising budget holders on the requisition-to-pay process
- Preparing payment instructions and related reports
- Performing ad-hoc departmental reporting and administrative support

We are looking for an accurate and dedicated team player with a hands-on mentality. To thrive in this role, you should have:

- A vocational degree, preferably in Economics or Accounting
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant project administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SAP, and SharePoint 365
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
