**About Gastropub Rokin 85**
Our mission is to create an environment where everyone can get away from the daily hustle and bustle, meet & greet (new)-friends while having a wide selection of beverages available and high quality food.
Rokin 85 strives to facilitates the best of 2 worlds. On the one hand, you have our 12 meter long bar awaiting you to enjoy wide selection of cold brewed beers, wines and innovative cocktails while you are immersed in the Amsterdam pub atmosphere of conviviality and solidarity. On the other hand, there is our 100+ covert international culinary restaurant. Where we gave a twist on the traditional Amsterdam pub grub recipes and strenghten it with international flavours which is serverd in a share dining concept.
From drinks in the bar to shared dining in the restaurant, everything is intended and designed to meet each other and make new friends.
We are located on the renovated and vibrant street Rokin, in the heart of Amsterdam. The perfect place to see the Amsterdam street live go by while you escape the daily hustle and bustle. Open every day from breakfast till nightcap.

**Job requirements as Manager**
- As manager you guarantee our strived guest experience from arrival to departure
- Train the staff to our standards
- Managerial Open and closing duties ; including checking inventory, equipment, and cash flow
- Inventory management ; tracking stock level and requisitions
- Quality check ; food quality and presentation, hygiene and cleanliness (HACCP)
- Personnel management ; recruitment, training, planning, performance management
- Customer service ; guest satisfaction, reservations and events, complaint handling
- Administrative duties ; reporting, legislation and regulations, cash management, documentation and recordkeeping.
- Making the schedule

- You possess a natural hospitality charm
- Experience as a manager / team leader
- You strive for constant improvement for yourself and your team
- Patient with new staff who are not yet as experienced as you are
- Ability to thrive in a dinamic and fast-pase environment
- You are and available for evenings and weekends
- Able to ensure opening and/or closing activities
- Available full-time
- A good understanding an speaking of English
- living in and around Amasterdam
- European citizens only

Onze missie is om een omgeving te creëren waar iedereen kan ontsnappen aan de dagelijkse drukte, (nieuwe) vrienden kan ontmoeten en begroeten terwijl er een ruime keuze is aan dranken en eten van hoge kwaliteit.

Rokin 85 streeft ernaar om het beste van de 2 werelden in horeca te faciliteren. Aan de ene kant heb je onze 12 meter lange bar die op je wacht om te genieten van een ruime keuze aan koud gebrouwen bieren, wijnen en innovatieve cocktails terwijl je wordt ondergedompeld in de Amsterdamse pub sfeer van gezelligheid en solidariteit. Aan de andere kant is er ons internationale culinaire restaurant die ruimte biedt aan meer dan 100 gasten. Waar we een draai geven aan de traditionele Amsterdamse pubgrub-recepten en deze versterkten met internationale smaken die worden geserveerd in een share dining-concept.

Van drankjes in de bar tot shared dining in het restaurant, alles is bedoeld en ontworpen om elkaar te ontmoeten en nieuwe vrienden te maken in deze nieuwe horeca gelegenheid.

We zijn gevestigd aan de gerenoveerde en levendige straat Rokin, in het hart van Amsterdam. De perfecte plek om de drukte van Amsterdam te zien passeren terwijl je zelf ontsnapt aan de dagelijkse drukte. Elke dag geopend van ontbijt tot slaapmuts.

**Functie eisen als Manager**
- Als manager garandeer je de beoogde gastbeleving van aankomst tot vertrek.
- Train het personeel volgens onze standaarden.
- Manageriële openings
- en sluitingstaken; inclusief het controleren van de inventaris, apparatuur en kasstroom.
- Voorraadbeheer; bijhouden van voorraadniveaus en bestellingen.
- Kwaliteitscontrole; voedselkwaliteit en presentatie, hygiëne en netheid (HACCP).
- Personeelsbeheer; werving, training, planning, prestatiebeheer.
- Klantenservice; gasttevredenheid, reserveringen en evenementen, klachtenafhandeling.
- Administratieve taken; rapportage, wet
- en regelgeving, kasbeheer, documentatie en recordkeeping.
- Opstellen van het werkrooster.

- Je bezit een natuurlijke gastvrijheidscharme.
- Ervaring als manager/teamleider.
- Je streeft naar constante verbetering voor jezelf en je team.
- Je hebt geduld met nieuw personeel dat nog niet zo erva
