**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION**:

- Review labor laws and other employment policies for different countries
- Send forms such as contracts and payroll forms to new employees
- Assist in the onboarding of new hires including the pre-employment communication and first day orientation
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency

**ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION**:

- Regular and predictable work performance
- Ability to work under fast-paced conditions
- Ability to make decisions and use good judgement
- Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required
- Ability to successfully work with others

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s / Applied Sciences / HBO student in Human Resources Management or related field
- Fluent in English
- 6-month internship availability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
