We zijn op zoek naar een Maintenance Technician binnen onze maintenance organisatie voor onze locatie in Terneuzen, Nederland

De Maintenance Technician biedt onderhoudsspecifieke ondersteuning aan installaties. Hieronder valt onderhoud en reparaties aan alle soorten apparatuur binnen vakkennis en expertise. Deze rol vereist uitgebreide technische vaardigheden in analytische en wetenschappelijke methoden of operationele processen om een reeks aan activiteiten uit te voeren. Je kunt ook optreden als een informele resource voor teamleden met minder ervaring.

Verantwoordelijkheden- Doet diagnose en lost apparatuurproblemen op.- Kalibreert en lijnt apparatuur uit.- Voltooid preventieve onderhoudsactiviteiten.- Controleert de grootte van componenten en onderdelen.- Specificeert bestelaanvragen en installeert onderdelen en apparatuur.- Coördineert reserveonderdelen voor onderhoud.- Assisteert bij het plannen van onderhoud via planner, werkcoördinator en operationele invoer.- Stelt en kalibreert, test, meet en repareert alle soorten bedieningsorganen en instrumenten met pneumatische, elektrische en elektronische variabelen.- Reparatie, onderhoudt en installeert apparatuur en machines die in het proces worden gebruikt.- Storingen oplossing en documenten analyseren.- Verzamelt de werking van de apparatuur en de historische gegevens om de betrouwbaarheid te verbeteren.- Werkt binnen de vastgestelde onderhoudswerkprocessen en helpt bij het oplossen van problemen die het gevolg zijn van planning en planningswerkzaamheden.

Kwalificaties- Je hebt een technisch MBO 4 diploma, bij voorkeur in de richting van werktuigbouwkunde of je hebt technisch MBO3 diploma met mínimaal 3 jaar relevante wekervaring.- Als je ervaring hebt in maintenance is dat een plus, maar dit is niet noodzakelijk.- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, kennis van de Engelse taal is een plus.
