The Company
Simply Green is a major European wholesale distributor of CBD products, smoking accessories and related cannabis products. The business is fairly unique in the industry in that almost all of its business is conducted through its best-in-class digital platform. We operate in several EU countries and we are looking for dynamic and confident Sales Representatives who speak professional level French, Spanish, German or Italian - also professional level English is a must.

The Role
In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and sales skills and a highly professional and structured approach to selling. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. If you are also goal-driven and analytical, we'd like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will work to grow one of our markets and develop new opportunities and increase revenue from existing clients.
Tasks
- Prospect for new accounts.
- Identify lapsed and lost accounts and take measures to reactivate

- Look for gaps in products ordered by customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Support our customers to sell more products with POS material and providing product/brand training.
- Keep records of client interactions and opportunities using our CRM Hubspot.
- Communicate client needs and demands to the wider company.
**Requirements**:
- An interest in CBD and/or regulated cannabis market.
- Able to follow process and use sales tools as instructed.
- Professional-level spoken and written French, Spanish, German or Italian is essential (as well as professional level English).
- 2+ years in an account management or direct sales role, servicing multiple accounts.
- Ability to develop strategies and use performance KPIs.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with using CRM systems is helpful.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to think creatively

- Demonstrable ability to build relationships and develop connections to improve sales and increase revenues.
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
**Benefits**:
- Competitive basic salary €31000 - €35000 (DOE).
- Excellent commission package - demonstrable OTE €50000 to €100000.
- Remote working possible for strong players who are achieving targets.

**This is a four-stage process**:
- Follow-up face-to-face interview for those who are a good match for the role and these will be held between 22nd - 31st July.
