**Customer Marketing Manager**
The Customer Marketing Manager drives the development and execution of the integrated customer campaigns, promotional activities to drive sales and profitability, drives customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty through targeted marketing initiatives, steers effective launch of **NVIs **and development of **Value Propositions** and executes the marketing campaign and manages the right marketing mix.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Campaign planning (timing, message, target audience) and support based on cross-functional input and prioritization within the squad.
- Lead Pricing discussions and alignment within the Commercial Team. Manage annual price increase process, local price list implementation.
- Lead MFP process and implementation supported by GTN monitoring and analysis.
- Support customer facing squads in event organization, promotional activities, advertising etc.
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Execute Customer segmentation to identify priorities.
- Coordinatine crossfunctionally NVI/ME launch planning and value proposition creation (launch report, gameplan, VAC, NVP, FC, photo, video)
- LeX.
- Co-promotion and branding activities with CP to provide integrated solutions.
- Ensure consistency and diligent use of corporate guidelines in branding and institutional image.
- Create relevant content following customer journey and manage the available digital channels.
- Managing marketing budget.
- Public Relations activities (cooperation with media).
**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree (BA or Master or equivalent) preferably in Marketing.
- 5+ years of commercial experience.
- Customer oriented mindset.
- Demonstrates influencing skills to efficiently lead projects.
- Result-oriented - focus on outcome.
- Excellent communication and pesentation skills.
- Working in cross-functional teams
- Co-creation mind set.
- Proactivity and hands on style.
- Analytical capabilities.
- Fluent English.
