**Werken bij CZ is werk met betekenis**

Als **Quality Assurance Manager** bij CZ heb je de volgende taken:

- het opstellen van beleid, kaders, richtlijnen en concrete standaarden voor de uitvoering van de IT processen door teams. CZ past daarbij ‘Quality-by-design’ toe in de realisatie van nieuwe functionaliteiten.
- ondersteunen van teams om aantoonbaar in control te zijn, door verdere implementatie van een kwaliteitsmanagement systeem. Zo maak je doelstellingen, risico’s en kwaliteitsaspecten inzichtelijk waarborg je deze in een proces van continu verbeteren.

Als **Lead Quality Management** heb je de volgende aanvullende taken:

- je zorgt voor het opstellen en up to date houden van een visie op het beleid, proces, kaders en richtlijnen ten aanzien van alle disciplines van het Quality Management team.
- je zorgt voor competentie ontwikkeling, het toepassen van best practices en een eenduidige manier van werken de aansluit op de CZ agile way of working.
- je bent HR verantwoordelijk voor het team van circa 10 medewerkers.
- je verbindt alle expertises binnen de afdeling CIO Office en CZ Data & IT.

De CZ Data & IT organisatie is volop in beweging om deze doelen te realiseren en onze klant
- en marktgerichtheid verder te verbeteren.

Binnen de CZ Data & IT organisatie, is het CIO Office verantwoordelijk voor de regie op de Data & IT dienstverlening. **Wij zijn op zoek naar een Quality Assurance Manager die tevens de Lead rol van de afdeling Quality Management op zich neemt. **Het Quality Management team omvat de disciplines Control & Reporting, Quality Assurance en Strategic Sourcing. **Circa 50% van je tijd ben je betrokken in de inhoud als Quality Assurance Manager. Daarnaast werk je als lead van het Quality Management team.**

Samen met je collega’s werk je aan de toekomst van jullie vakgebieden binnen CZ, maar werk je ook aan de vraagstukken die jullie kant op komen. De werkzaamheden waar je aan werkt kunnen heel divers zijn binnen het IT landschap van CZ, waardoor je met veel stakeholders in de organisatie te maken krijgt.
- Je hebt uitgebreide ervaring op het IT kwaliteitsmanagement vakgebied in een vergelijkbare omgeving, bij voorkeur bij een bank of verzekeraar.
- Je weet jouw collega’s te inspireren en ontwikkelt het vakgebied binnen CZ.
- Je kent de uitdagingen van kwaliteitsborging in een agile werkwijze en past best-practices toe om deze het hoofd te bieden.
- Je hebt ervaring met regie voeren op kwaliteit van dienstverlening met in
- en externe leveranciers en kent de belangrijkste uitdagingen van kwaliteitsmanagement in (bedrijfskritische) uitbestedingen.
- Je managet een team in het realiseren van gezamenlijke doelen. Samenwerking is een belangrijk aspect in de manier hoe jij je werk aan vliegt.
- Je blijft standvastig omtrent het te bereiken doel en het managen van stakeholders op enterprise niveau.
- Je beschikt over WO werk
- en denkniveau en relevante certificering op het vakgebied (denk hierbij aan CISA/RE, ITIL, SAFe/Agile, IPMA, interne beheersing).
