**De Quality Assurance Manager bij CZ heeft de volgende taken**:

- Vertalen van de strategie van CZ naar noodzakelijke wijzigingen in de IT processen, vanuit een helicopterview waarbij de doelen van de processen verbonden worden met realisatie van waarde en het verhogen van de kwaliteit.
- Het opstellen van beleid, kaders, richtlijnen en concrete standaarden voor de uitvoering van de processen door teams. Quality by design passen we toe in de processen en in de realisatie van nieuwe functionaliteiten.
- Ondersteunen van teams om aantoonbaar in control te zijn. Dit door doelstellingen, risico’s en kwaliteitsaspecten inzichtelijk te maken en kwaliteit te gaan meten. Het opzetten van een nieuw kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem dient te zorgen voor een transparante en effectieve manier om de kwaliteit van de IT dienstverlening inzichtelijk te maken en te waarborgen en deze in een proces van continu verbeteren te brengen.
- Geeft richting en adviseert management en/of externe dienstverleners bij de benodigde ontwikkeling van procestrainingen, ter ondersteuning van de implementatie en een nieuwe manier van werken, die benodigd is voor waarde realisatie volgens gestelde kwaliteitsvereisten.

- en marktgerichtheid verder te verbeteren. De divisie Data & IT is recentelijk getransformeerd om de business, IT en Data nog beter te laten samenwerken.

Als Quality Assurance Manager maak je onderdeel uit van de CIO Office afdeling binnen de Divisie Data & IT.

**Jouw profiel**
**Dit neem je mee naar onze organisatie**
- Je hebt een aantal jaar relevante werkervaring in procesmanagement, kwaliteitsmanagement en regievoering vanuit een regie-organisatie.
- Je bent bij voorkeur gecertificeerd op het vakgebied IT Audit (RE) of CISA met kennis van ITIL of Cobit.
- Je bent in staat om teams op een transparante en effectieve manier via rapportages inzicht te geven in de kwaliteit van de IT dienstverlening en te ondersteunen in het proces van continu verbeteren.
- Je creëert een omgeving die samenwerking bevorderd, waarin doelen behaald worden en men van elkaar leert.
