BlueRock TMS is embarking on an exciting journey of accelerated global growth, recently bolstered by significant investment from Fortino Capital. As our client base rapidly expands, we face new challenges and are seeking a strategic, business-minded Finance Director to provide structure and guidance to our operations. An HR background is a plus, as we are also growing our team globally.

We are looking for someone with the potential to grow and advance within BlueRock TMS, ultimately aspiring to step into the CFO role in the future.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- ** Financial Leadership & Reporting**: Deliver monthly financial reports, unit economics, and KPIs. Interpret data to drive impactful business decisions.
- ** System Implementation**: Establish new finance systems and tools, and consolidate various entities.
- ** Strategic Financial Management**: Lead BlueRock’s financial and commercial strategy, ensuring smooth international expansion and sustained growth.
- ** Business Partnership**: Act as a key partner to the CEO and collaborate with S&M, product, and R&D teams.
- ** Management Information Development**: Provide valuable management insights and detailed KPIs to the board.
- ** M&A Leadership**: Oversee all aspects of potential M&A activities, including strategic rationale, due diligence, and post-transaction integration.
- ** Team Development**: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team to support business scaling.
- ** Process Automation**: Implement new systems and tools to automate processes and enhance efficiency.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Oversee the preparation of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business plans and profitable growth.
- ** Financial Control**: Ensure accurate and timely financial controls, management, and statutory reporting.
- ** External Relationship Management**: Manage relationships with investors, auditors, accounting firms, financial advisors, insurers, lawyers, and suppliers.
- ** Legal Oversight**: Review complex legal documents, including commercial agreements and legal letters.

- ** Strategic Advisor**: You possess the gravitas and intellectual dexterity to advise and collaborate with a highly entrepreneurial executive management team, coupled with a sense of urgency to drive day-to-day operations.
- ** Entrepreneurial Spirit**: Your entrepreneurial, problem-solving DNA shines through your experience in scaling medium-sized businesses and working with institutional investors.
- ** Analytical Prowess**: You have strong analytical skills and excel in financial data modeling.
- ** Global Perspective**: You understand the mechanics and challenges of international scaling, including the complexities of a growing US operation.
- ** Insightful Analysis**: You can extrapolate and interpret numbers to uncover the true performance and operations of the business.
- ** Transactional Expertise**: You bring significant transaction experience, including crafting strategic rationales, raising finance, conducting due diligence, and integrating post-merger operations.
- ** SaaS Savvy**: You have an innate understanding of the metrics and unit economics of a B2B SaaS business, making them central to decision-making across the organization.
- ** Leadership Excellence**: You are a strong leader capable of effectively engaging at all organizational levels, displaying the emotional intelligence to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- ** Influential Presence**: You are interpersonally impressive, with the composure and presence to influence stakeholders, including senior management, the board, shareholders, and advisors.
