**Wie zijn wij?**

Wij zijn IQVIA Wij maken impact op healthcare door het toepassen van Human Data Science - oftewel de integratie van data science, technologie en human science. Wereldwijd werken we met bijna 90.000 collega’s vanuit 100 verschillende landen aan innovatie van de gezondheidszorg. In Nederland werken er ruim 500 collega’s met meer dan 30 verschillende nationaliteiten vanuit ons mooie kantoor in Amsterdam Zuidoost, op locatie bij onze klanten of gewoon vanuit huis.

Het lokale HR team van Nederland bestaat uit de Associate HR Director, een Senior HR Business Partner en de HR Officer. Daarnaast worden we als HR team ondersteund door diverse global expertise centra zoals Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services en Compensation & Benefits.

**Wat kun je verwachten?**
Als HR stagiair krijg je te maken met een breed takenpakket. Je helpt en ondersteunt het team waar nodig, en krijgt tegelijkertijd ook verantwoordelijkheid voor eigen taken.

Denk aan:

- Bijdrage leveren aan een correcte personeelsadministratie bij indienst, wijzigingen of uitdienst, zoals:

- Controleren van nieuwe contracten en contractwijzigingen;
- Zorgdragen voor een juiste administratie/registratie van verzuim in het ARBO portaal;
- Controleren van verlofsoorten in HRIS system
- Beantwoorden van vragen medewerkers en managers over beleid en arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Bijdragen leveren aan het verzamelen en aanleveren van de salarismutaties
- Ondersteunen bij HR projecten en de (voorbereiding op de) payroll

Het leuke en waardevolle aan deze stage is dat wij graag onze praktische en theoretische kennis met je delen, maar ook graag van jou horen wat voor input jij voor IQVIA hebt

**Wat breng jij mee?**
- Je bent op het moment van de stage een tweede of derdejaars HBO student Human Resources (of gerelateerde opleiding);
- Je bent nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar, betrokken en enthousiast;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift;
- Je bent in de gelegenheid om 2 a 3 dagen per week (meer mag) aanwezig te zijn op het kantoor van IQVIA Nederland (locatie Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena).

**Wat bieden wij?**

- bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur per week);
