What you’ll do as a Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor you will be responsible for the hands-on management of the company's cleanroom production line in accordance with work instructions and SOPs. As well as operational management of the cleanroom, you will also be responsible for developing your team and taking the cleanroom to the next level

You report to the Production Manager and work together with a peer Production Supervisor. We work in two shifts, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 07:00 in the morning and 23:00 in the evening.

Key responsibilities
- Effective organization of the cleanroom manufacturing workload to maximize the production output in line with company objectives
- Effectively manage, motivate and develop the your team to ensure smooth running of the production processes
- Ensuring the health and safety of the production team
- Creating and maintaining work instructions for approval by quality
- Writing and/or reading technical papers, reports, reviews and specifications
- Liaising with production, quality, engineering and other technical staff as required

Who are you
- You have 3+ years of production supervisor experience with proven ‘people management’ skills.
- You have experience with GMP and ISO 13485 and proven ability to read and comprehend GMP documents (i.e. SOPs, logs, etc.).
- You have experience with planning/scheduling in a manufacturing environment
- You have experience in analysing production loading, ensuring lead times are accurate, recognizing constraints (manpower/machinery) and making recommendations to mitigate
- You’re proficient in MRP/ERP systems
- You’re organized, pragmatic, pro-active and entrepreneurial with the ability to work independently in a rapidly changing scale-up environment
