All-round HR medewerker

MX3D is op zoek naar een enthousiaste HR medewerker ter aanvulling van ons hard groeiende team. Je zal de dagelijkse personeelzaken van onze internationaal opererende ScaleUp managen.

MX3D is een jong en dynamiek Amsterdams bedrijf met veel ruimte om te groeien. Wij doen ons uiterste best om een leuk internationaal team te vormen en een goede sfeer staat bij ons voorop. Ons bedrijf groeit snel en we zoeken daarom iemand die kennis heeft van eerstelijns HR zaken. We zoeken iemand die gestructureerd en verantwoordelijk is. Een stabiele ‘spil’ die binnen een bruisende en veranderlijke omgeving de orde bewaakt, maar die ook ruimte weet te geven aan spontaniteit.

**MX3D**

MX3D is een ambitieuze scale-up die een revolutie teweegbracht in het 3D-metaalprinten op grote schaal. We hebben WAAM (Robotic Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing) en zijn markt tot leven gebracht en 3D-metaalprinten flexibeler, sneller en goedkoper gemaakt. MX3D werd de innovatieleider op het gebied van 3D-metaalprinten door zijn verbluffende 12 meter lange, volledig functionele 3D-geprinte roestvrij stalen voetgangersbrug te presenteren.

**Wat ga je doen**
- HR (arbo dienst, arbeidscontracten opstellen)
- Loonadministratie
- Personeelszaken (onboarding, off-boarding, vakantiedagen/ overuren bijhouden, urenregistratie)
- Organisatie van personeelsuitjes, afscheidsfeestjes etc.
- Het aanvragen van visa & 30% regelingen
- Personeelsbestand bijhouden

**Wat jij biedt**
- Je bent in staat eerstelijns HR-vragen te beantwoorden
- Je bent met een relevante opleiding bezig of hebt deze net afgerond
- Ervaring met ADP
- Ervaring met Exact Online is een pre
- Uitstekende beheersing (mondeling/schriftelijk) Nederlands en Engels is een vereiste
- Uitstekende beheersing standaard officepakketten
- Iemand die gestructureerd en mondig is
- Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
