**Designer**
We are looking for a talented and versatile all-hands **Designer** to join our dynamic Branding & Design team - preferably based in **Eindhoven** (The Netherlands). **The Brand and Design team falls within** the Corporate Communications department, and you will report to the Global Corporate Brand Manager. If you have a passion for creating visually engaging marketing and communications design assets for both our brand and our partner brands, we want to hear from you

**Day to day**:

- Develop visually engaging design assets for various campaigns and initiatives, in collaboration with marketing and communications teams
- Create and maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Design a wide range of materials, including campaign material, social media graphics, event assets, templates, presentations, and more.
- Work with partner brands to understand their design needs and deliver high-quality assets that meet their specifications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing and communication strategies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to project deadlines and working within branding guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

**Essentials**:

- Bachelor’s degree in (Graphic) Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a (visual) designer, preferably in a brand-related environment (marketing or communications role).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools & software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for branding and a good understanding of what makes a strong brand.
- Excellent proficiency in English, including professional writing and speaking skills.

**Extras**:

- Experience working with various brands or in an agency setting.
- Knowledge of web design, UX and basic HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with video editing and animation software.
- Fluency in Dutch or other languages is an advantage.
