**UX / CX Designer**:

Een hoge mate van vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid is een belangrijke component in de cultuur van Whyellow. Je krijgt de ruimte om je nieuwsgierigheid, analytische blik en abstractievermogen in te zetten om de vraag achter de vraag van onze klanten te tackelen. Je wordt echt onderdeel van een van onze agile teams. Je vindt het dan ook leuk om samen te werken met o.a. software developers, business analisten en de andere UX designers. Deze functie vraagt om creativiteit, nauwkeurigheid en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

**Wat je gaat doen**:
Geen dag is hetzelfde als UX designer bij Whyellow. Je kennis en kunde worden breed ingezet, bij onze verschillende opdrachtgevers. Die zoeken innovatieve oplossingen voor het digitaliseren van hun bedrijfsprocessen.

En jij gaat ze daar bij helpen Als een volleerd UX researcher onderzoek en ontwerp jij de interactie tussen gebruikers en systemen: de touchpoints.

Je combineert vervolgens de behoefte en wensen van klant en gebruikers tot een visueel concept van het portaal, de mobiele app of welk digitaal systeem maar nodig is.

Samen met analisten en developers van Whyellow zet je dit concept om naar functielijsten, wireframes, prototypes en final UI designs. Uiteindelijk lever je de definitieve ontwerpen aan een van de ontwikkelteams en ondersteun je hen waar nodig in het development traject dat volgt.

**Wie jij bent**:
Begin je al een beetje warm te lopen voor deze functie?

Als je jezelf herkent in onderstaande kennis en ervaring, dan zien we je sollicitatie heel graag tegemoet

Ben jij:

- een zelfstandige werker die de lead neemt op design vlak, maar goed kan samenwerken in een team met software ontwikkelaars?
- in staat workshops met/bij klanten te organiseren om specificaties boven water te krijgen?
- iemand met een brede interesse in veel verschillende domeinen, en kruip je graag in de huid van de gebruiker?
- niet gebonden aan een specifieke discipline van het ‘design’ vak, maar regel je ‘alles’ van customer journey tot grafisch design?
- een creatieve, pragmatische perfectionist. Iemand met een eigen mening, maar wel handig in de omgang met andere eigenwijzen?
- reisbereid? Onze klanten zitten door heel Nederland en met name iemand in jouw rol zal regelmatig naar klanten toe moeten.

**Wat je meebrengt**:

- WO Industrial Design (of soortgelijk)
- Min. drie jaar ervaring (minder ervaring? Overtuig ons)
- Ervaring met (moderne) ontwerp vaardigheden en -technieken
- Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden
- Bij voorkeur kennis en/of ervaring met Agile/Scrum
- Je beschikt over kennis van de tooling; Figma, Sketch of Adobe XD
- We werken altijd binnen het brand van de klant, dus ervaring met front-end frameworks, componenten, UI libraries en style guides is een pré
- Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels
