**Wat ga je doen?**

Bij KIT ga je aan de slag met het uitvoeren van allerlei taken, de hoofdtaken zijn:

- Ontvangen en begeleiden van bezoekers en leveranciers.
- Beantwoorden van de telefoon en de postafhandeling.
- Logistiek verwerken van de facilitaire meldingen en aanvragen.
- Doen van bestellingen van de materialen voor de facilitaire dienst.
- Ondersteunen in de pantry’s met o.a. het bijvullen van servies en het bestellen van koffie en thee.
- Vervullen van taken op het gebied van bedrijfshulpverlening (BHV).

**Over jou**
- Je kunt bezoekers en collega’s mondeling te woord staan.
- Je beheerst mínimaal de Nederlandse taal en bent bereid de Engelse taal te leren (of beheerst dat al, dat is een pre).
- Je beschikt over een BHV-diploma of bent bereid dat te halen.

**Wat bieden wij**
- Een interessante en diverse werkomgeving, binnen een unieke organisatie;
- Een functie voor 12 uur per week, verdeeld over twee werkdagen (maandag en dinsdag) met werktijden tussen 8.00-16.00h, andere werktijden zijn bespreekbaar.
- Een salaris tussen €1.983;

- bruto per maand bij een 40-urige werkweek, 8% vakantiegeld en opname in Stichting pensioenfond ABP.
- Een jaarcontract, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
- Ongeveer 25 vakantiedagen op fulltime jaarbasis.
- Een werkplek in een historisch gebouw in het hart van Amsterdam.
- Reiskostenvergoeding; NS-Business card, kilometer vergoeding of fietsenplan.
