**Jouw baan**:
Als Teamleader stuur je een team aan van ervaren en professionele verkopers die 'waarde toevoegen' in hun DNA hebben zitten. Waarde toevoegen niet alleen door commerciële resultaten te behalen maar er vooral voor te zorgen dat elke zakelijke klant in ons segment een ‘rode loper’ ervaring met ons heeft en een blije en blijvende converged klant wordt.Je stuurt een team aan van 15 tot 20 collega’s die klant contact via telefoon en via chat afhandelen. De medewerkers handelen al het inkomend commercieel call verkeer af voor zowel Ziggo Zakelijk als Vodafone Business gericht op de SoHo en Small markt (0 tot 10 medewerkers) Het kennis niveau is hoog. De drive om targets te halen nog hoger.

Jij gaat ervoor, elke werkdag weer. Voor je plezier én voor de volgende arbeidsvoorwaarden. Een fulltime baan bij VodafoneZiggo kun je al uitoefenen vanaf 32 uur. De keuze is aan jou. Op basis van 40 uur, ontvang je:

- Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.950 en € 4.200 met groeiperspectief.
- Benefit Budget van 14,95% (incl. vakantiegeld) bovenop je brutosalaris. Laat het uitbetalen, koop extra vakantiedagen of spaar het op. De keuze is aan jou.
- Telefoon met Vodafone-abonnement. Ook voor privégebruik.
- NS-Business Card naar keuze. Ook om privé gratis eersteklas mee te reizen.
- Variabele bonus, afhankelijk van prestatie.
- Unlimited Learning: onbeperkt toegang tot duizenden trainingen en opleidingen.
- 20 vakantiedagen per jaar.
- Ruil je verlof op Hemelvaartsdag en Tweede Pinksterdag om voor dagen die juist voor jou feestelijk zijn.
- Korting op producten en diensten van Vodafone en Ziggo.
- Pensioenregeling, met de optie om zelf extra bij te sparen.
- Wij vullen je salaris aan tot 100% bij de 9 weken ouderschapsverlof in het eerste jaar na geboorte, tot het maximum dagloon.
- Voordeel op o.a. je sportabonnement en kinderopvang.

We zoeken een teamplayer met sales in het DNA en ervaring in leidinggeven. Jij weet elke medewerker boven zichzelf te laten uitstijgen. Je krijgt energie van targets en het vieren van behaalde doelen. Je bent gedreven en gepassioneerd. Het commerciële spel kent voor jou geen raadsels. Je bent onderdeel van het Commercial Contact Centers MT, bestaande uit 6 teamleads, 3 Channel Managers, een operationeel manager en een sales manager. Jullie vallen onder de afdeling Small Business Sales, die als doel heeft om alle SoHo en Small klanten (in het segment van 0 tot 49 medewerkers) een ‘Red carpet experience’ te bieden tijdens de aanschaf van onze Zakelijke diensten.

Durf te groeien en maak plezier Heb jij het in je om een team van hoogopgeleide sales professionals aan te sturen? Breng je ieder type verkoper naar het volgend level? Krijg jij het oor elkaar om -net zoals de vorige Team Leader
- ruim 20% van je team binnen een jaar te laten promoveren naar een rol als Accountmanager?
