_Your Future_

As a Club assistant manager you are responsible for co-running our club in Amstelveen. This means that you are busy with sales, quality, service, hygiene and staff. It is up to you to make sure that, together with your colleagues, targets will be achieved with the desired end results. You manage your team members, coach them where necessary and assess them. Based on your commitment and enthusiasm, you lift the team to a higher level. You are also involved in administrative tasks. You manage the finances, monitor the budget and your membership administration is always up to date.

Above all this the most important part of your job is to ensure that members continue to enjoy exercising at Next Level AMS Boutique Personal Training. This means that you’ll regularly chat with our members and ensure that they remain motivated to achieve their fitness goals. It is therefore a must that you radiate positive energy to all members
- The Studio_

At Next Level AMS, we prioritize a holistic approach to fitness and wellness. Our state-of-the-art facility is more than just a gym; it's a vibrant community where each client’s fitness journey is supported by tailored personal training, nutrition advice, and a variety of functional and Pilates reformer classes. Our dedicated team consists of professional freelance personal trainers who visit the studio several times a week to train our clients. They are the face of the studio, playing a crucial role in keeping our clients fit and motivated. Together, we are committed to creating an inspiring, supportive, and result-oriented environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

The studio is 3 floors high, 340 sq/m in total. We have a private room for PIlates reformer classes (and personal training), and a huge ground floor that can host up to 4 personal training sessions back to back or 1 functional group classes and 2 personal training sessions. Our team of professionals is filled with passion and ambition to make changes in the lifestyle of individuals. The studio itself is very cozy and welcoming. The community we've built around the studio is passionate about making a change and improve themselves inside and out. _You will be working in a fully equipped personal training studio so if you are passionate about fitness and healthy lifestyle this job is just what you are looking for._

- **What we also need from you**:_
- Graduates with relevant background;
- Good customer facing skills (positive energy);
- Good Office (Word, Excel, Google apps, etc.) skills;
- Ability to work remote and on site
- Flexible work hours (it's a customer facing job);
- Ability to work Agile;
- Working independently - taking a task and solve it independently;
- Having strong attachment to fitness and healthy lifestyle is important. You need to able to offer clients something you experience yourself.
- This job also has a sales aspect to it - so being a salesperson is a important;
- Experience with administration - managing an office and/or teams is an advantage;
- A good level of English - speaking Dutch/Hebrew is an advantage;
**Part of your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the smooth run of the club;
- Responsible for handling complaints + service to members;
- Responsible for the condition of the club (hygiene, inventory, safety, maintenance, working equipment, etc.);
- Managing the team of personal trainers, staff, and related tasks;
- Conduct sales and consultation appointments;
- Responsible for hiring new team members;
- Responsible for finance;
- Pursuing the monthly targets;
- Responsible for the results of the club;
- Responsible for all staff related tasks;
