The Wholesale Banking growth strategy is to provide a distinctive banking experience and foster long-term partnerships with corporate clients and financial institutions. Our ‘ING differences’ offer unique value to clients in three key areas:

To achieve this, a transparent and consistent WB Global roadmap needs to be designed and delivered, making the Transformation Management function a critical enabler for our Wholesale Banking Growth Strategy and (digital) transformation.

**WB Transformation office (WB TO)**

The WB Transformation Office has around 200 colleagues and brings together a range of roles related to digitalisation, delivery, regulatory compliance, customer data, and capital deployment. The team brings consistency for these topics across the Wholesale Bank, covering all business lines.

The Transformation Management team drives more effective and efficient delivery and steers on activities required to create a vision, strategy, and roadmap for the WB transformation. The key priorities are:
Set, align, and steer the delivery organisation on the shared objectives Steer on the long-term WB Transformation roadmap Drive improvements to become an effective & efficient E2E transformation delivery organisation. Provide consultancy, process expertise, and change execution services and methodologies to support the WB Delivery Organization in successfully delivering on commitments. Structure, baseline, and track the execution and impact of the Change & Run WB portfolio

In the team Process Expertise Services, you work closely with the Lead Process Expertise Services supporting him/her in successfully delivering on tasks and responsibilities. The main purpose of the team is improving efficiency and effectiveness, quality and time, customer and employee satisfaction of ING's WB end-to-end processes to enable the delivery of easy and uniform processes across the organization that are compliant.

For that purpose you also work closely with your peers in the team's Strategy Consultancy Services and Change Execution Services, especially in the phase of programme or problem identification, solutioning, and designing the outcomes and the decision-making process related to this. Assignments will be related to making WB successful in reaching its aspired ambition and may involve assignments across and by countries, business lines, and functions.

**We are looking for**
- You have strong process skills and a strategic mindset
- You have at least 4-10 years of relevant experience, for example in the fields of: customer journey management, process expertise, change execution and/or consultancy practices.
- Bachelor/Master’s degree and relevant certifications (e.g. business process modeling, process excellence, mining or intelligence practices, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Agile/customer journey management, consultancy practices)
- You have a solid understanding of products and processes. Having experience with and knowledge of more than one product (Lending, FM, TS, CM&A) or channels and/or data is a strong plus
- You have a strong customer focus
- You love to challenge the status quo and are eager to propose creative solutions to problems
- You have organizational sensitivity and a deep understanding of the ING organization
- You have the ability to create buy-in and engagement at all levels of the organization
- You are naturally a collaborative person, who listens and invests in others to achieve common goals and at the same time pushes, where needed, to break through existing routines
- You have strong analytical capabilities, quantitative insights and problem solving skills
- You have strong affinity with and experience in the Agile Way of Working
- Excellent level of English, communication and presentation skills
- You have facilitating, coaching and training experience

**Your key responsibilities**
- Documenting (complex) "as is" and "to be" processes and journeys
- Translate and implement (new) regulatory requirement in "as is" and "to be" processes and journeys
- Design, implement and maintain a WB business process/journey framework (architecture)
- Manage complex business process improvement initiatives, including methodology and approach, workshop facilitation, and maintenance of appropriate business process and enterprise-wide requirements
- Provide stand-alone business cases and data analysis by using process excellence, mining or intelligence practices and perform coaching
- Review, challenge and manage new (product/channel/digital/regulatory) strategic change initiatives that aim to develop and/or improve (new/existing) journeys/processes and quantify opportunities for improvements on digitalisation, regulatory compliance, process efficiency and effectiveness
- Collate and conduct analysis of the tactical and operational information gathered through interviews and research to support the diagnosis
