nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-metre-tall building is in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base.

Become a Bartender in the largest hotel in the Netherlands Imagine the thrill of working in a bustling bar where 200 guests can just turn up from one minute to another.

Our Moana bar is laidback and colorful beating heart of the hotel. It just beats slower, the tiki/summer way. The bar is open between 11.00 and 23.00/ 01.00. The menu is uncomplicated but focuses on good quality ingredients and comfort products such as burgers, nachos, pizza's, local craft beer, classic cocktails. Our work-mentality is down-to earth, honest and supportive. Combining this with the sneaker-culture and good team-spirit, moana bar could be the right next step for you.

**A day in the life of a Bartender**
**16:00** You arrive, with a cup of coffee, at the bar for the handover with your colleagues and the evening (bar) supervisor.
**16:30** After the handover, you and your colleagues might need to support other outlets if needed.
**17:30** After having dinner with your colleagues, you make sure the bar is set for a busy evening. If necessary, you discuss specific details with the other outlets/kitchen.
**18:15**The first guests arrive, and they are enjoying one of your specialties, an Espresso Martini
**20:30** Together with your colleagues you will provide the perfect experience for the guests with your knowledge of beverages and wine.
**22:15**For one of our regular guests, you shake her favorite cocktail with your personal twist.
**00:00** Rush hour ends in the bar, and around 00.15 you announce the last call.
**01:30** After sending the handover you and your colleague meet up outside and go for the well-deserved after-work drink in one of the places nearby.
