**This is what you will do**:
Your primary goal will be to effectively manage the creation, development, and dissemination of content in alignment with our communication strategy and objectives. As a leader, you will oversee an internal and/or external team of writers, editors, and communication professionals, ensuring that all internal and external communications resonate clearly, consistently, and in harmony with our brand and values.
Additionally, you will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive omnichannel content strategy, effectively communicating our corporate messages, values, and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders across various channels. This includes owned, paid, and earned channels while adhering to our corporate strategy, objectives, and commitment to social responsibility.
As a strategic thinker with robust editorial skills, you will possess a deep understanding of corporate messaging and storytelling. Your experience in managing external specialists/agencies and your passion for CSR initiatives will drive our organization's commitment to making a positive impact.
Moreover, you will manage crisis communication as a member of Odido's Crisis Management Team when necessary. You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Head of Corporate Communications & CSR and C-level executives on complex communication and content-related matters, including issues and reputation management.

**You bring this**:
- Educational level/working and thinking level: Bachelor/Master, specifically in journalism, public relations, communications or related field
- Necessary number of years of relevant working experience: 8
- Management experience: experience in leading program/project teams and collaborate with C-level leadership, ability to provide strong guidance, support, and leadership to the communications team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment, interacting with various departments.
