You will be at the helm of our R&D department, where you will collaborate with a talented team to shape the future of biotechnology. You will be the engine behind innovation, leading projects from concept to realization, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed market expectations.**What you will do?**
- Inspire and lead the R&D team in developing bioreactor systems.
- Define the strategic direction of our R&D activities, working closely with international teams to turn innovative ideas into reality.
- Identify new market trends and customer needs, translating them into product innovations.
- Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the R&D team.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations so that our innovations are safe, reliable, and effective.
**You will bring**
- A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record in a leadership role within R&D.
- A strategic thinker who can translate complex problems into smart, practical solutions.
- An inspirational leader capable of motivating and coaching teams to achieve their full potential.
- In-depth knowledge of the biotechnology industry and a passion for developing technologies that truly matter.
- An excellent communicator, fluent in both Dutch and English, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and convincingly.
