**The role**

As a Junior Business Controller at Euro Pool System (EPS), you will play an important role in our mission to promote sustainable, reusable packaging solutions. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to make a real difference through creative financial solutions and operational enhancements. You will focus on data analysis, reporting, and BI dashboard development to support management decisions. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining reporting frameworks, analyzing trends, and providing insights to help streamline and professionalize our business operations.

You will assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, support the evaluation of business cases originated throughout Europe with detailed data analysis, participate in improvement projects and collaborate with other business controllers (in the regions). Additionally, you will develop and refine reports to visualize key financial metrics, work closely with the business intelligence team to turn data into actionable insights, and engage with operational and commercial units to understand their financial needs and challenges.

**Skills & Requirements**:
**You**

You are an energetic and proactive young and ambitious professional who blends strong analytical thinking with excellent digital skills. You have a talent for spotting trends and enhancing existing reports. Your enthusiasm for building internal networks and identifying opportunities for improvement distinguishes you. Additionally, you excel as a team player with strong communication skills, making you an effective partner in driving both individual and collective success.

**Further**:

- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance & Control, Accountancy or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a relevant financial role or related experience within an (international) organisation, of which at least 2 years of experience as (business) controller.
- Proficiency in English and preferably Dutch, spoken and written.
- Proficient in Excel with hands-on experience in creating dashboards using Power BI.
- Keen interest in building an internal network and gaining a deep understanding of the business.
