For our fast-growing international organization, we are looking for an enthusiastic Frontoffice facility supporter to further strengthen our Business Support team.

**What you do**:

In the Business Support team there are 7 very sociable and committed colleagues, 6 of whom are based in Utrecht and 1 in Leipzig. You report your operational work to the lead frontoffice in the Netherlands. As the Frontoffice facility supporter, you will be one of the central people within the Utrecht office.

**How a workday would go**:
You arrive at Northwave, noticing on Slack that the office is already open. You start the music, and head to the 'Touchdown' to turn on the coffee machines. After cleaning out the dishwashers, you put the coffee machines in cleaning mode and check if coffee or tea needs refilling.

When the cleaning crew arrives, you give them badges and brief them on any issues. A visitor arrives, and you inform the colleague they're meeting, offering the guests coffee as you wait for the colleague to arrive.

Next, a repairman arrives to fix a leak in the kitchen, and you guide him to the right location. Back at your spot you see two reminders in your calendar: to order Nespresso and AH. You check out the pantry for storage and place both orders. In the meantime, both your frontoffice colleague have arrived and one joins you at the reception desk. The Northwave phone line is ringing, thankfully one of your colleagues picks it up. This is a team job

As lunch approaches, you join your colleagues, and after, you check the Touchdown area. You turn on the dishwashers, set up the area, and refill the soda machine. Before leaving, you update colleagues on any outstanding tasks.
