**You & your position**

As a Management Assistant, you contribute by unburdening FEC's executive management. You provide support by coordinating or performing organizational, administrative and professional activities. You make a difference by being proactive, flexible, willing to anticipate and by thinking along with the team. You know how to separate main issues from side issues and you keep your head cool even when pressure is exerted on you. You think in terms of solutions and are curious about new things. You don't let yourself be distracted by technical jargon or complex organizational structures. Of course, you are strong in organization and administration, a team player and you arrange your affairs with flexibility and tact.

- within the Global FEC Remediation department and the MI/BI Strategy and Oversight team

**An average working day**

Are you curious about what's on your to-do list on an average working day? Consider, for example:

- Because of your involvement and knowledge of the organization, you know how to create support. In doing so, you can anticipate actions to be taken and you can offer proactive support;
- You are a sparring partner for the managers FEC Global Remediation and FEC MI/BI Strategy and Oversight that you support;
- You work in a result-oriented way, proactively look to where you add value and which roles you can take on (e.g. supporting projects, organizing team off sites);
- You manage the agenda of the management. It is important to understand the heartbeat, so that (if necessary) adequate adjustments can be made. You understand what is happening in meetings and discussions and are able to determine the importance of requests;
- You exchange knowledge and dare to ask for and give feedback;
- You are a point of contact, confidant and connector for the team. And you are aware of what is going on within the FEC organization.
- You manage the agenda and mailbox of the Global Head of FEC Remediation and the Head of Global FEC Remediation PMO/Head of FEC MI/BI Strategy and Oversight. You prepare for and ensure timely delivery of materials for key meetings. You review (PowerPoint) presentations, check invoices, and prepare and monitor recruitment, etc.

**You & your talent**
- HBO working and thinking level;
- At least 5 years of experience as a Management Assistant or similar support position;
- Team player with organizational sensitivity;
- Self-starter with initiative, creativity, adaptability and humor;
- Stress resistant, performs well under pressure and knows how to set priorities;
- Don’t shy away for giving feedback;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing;
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365.

**This is what we offer you**
- up to €4,188.48 gross per month (scale 7)
- thirteenth month and 8% holiday pay;
- Extra budget of 10% of your gross monthly salary that you can spend as you want. Buy extra vacation days, pay extra money into your pension or have part of the budget paid out
- Working home vs office balance, with a minimum of 2 days at the office
