Operations Assistant

Industrial IT Systems is B2B company distributing Industrial-grade IT products. Our HQ is based in the UK. Our Dutch division is set up in Haarlem to serve our Dutch and the EU customers.

**Description of Vacancy**

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to help with managing our operations from entering sales orders on our database, assisting our very light warehouse and organising shipments of orders.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Order Processing - processing all the online and offline orders effectively and in a timely manner.
- Goods Inwards - Booking in all the orders that arrive to our office / warehouse by scanning all the product on our system and shelving the items (very light IT products).
- Order dispatching - Shipping customer orders by adhering to our internal procedures.
- Customer Relationship - ensuring that a professional level of customer relationship is established and maintained.
- Incoming Calls - assisting with Dutch incoming enquires and directing them to the right team member.
- Team working - collaborating with UK team on the daily basis and assiting with the day-to-day order operations activities in order to achieve the Company business plan and strategy.

**Essential skills**
- Positive and pro-active attitude with the ability to work under pressure
- Understating sales operations and customer service cycle process
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (**English **and **Dutch**)
- Accurate and with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to efficiently use a computer including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues when needed
