**The role**:
As the **Head of Key Accounts Benelux**, you will lead a high-performing account management team ensuring outstanding planning, execution, sales, and profit growth at Physical Retail channels. As a member of the sales leadership team, you are pivotal for driving the sales agenda and commercial success of this high-level A-brand. You continuously question the status quo and raise the bar for yourself, your team, and others.

**Objectives**:

- Deliver sales and profitability targets
- Achieve the highest standards of execution for the brand online and in stores in line with the Selective Distribution Agreement
- Lead a high-performing and effective team
- Influence internal and external stakeholders with impact to deliver results

**Requirements**:

- Previous high-profile account management background (Electro channels preferably)
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in Key Account Management
- High level of senior account negotiations & commercial awareness
- Proven consistent delivery of sales targets
- Evidence of budget control and forecasting across multiple product lines
- Fluent in English - French and/or Dutch is a plus
