Job Title: Sales Manager Americas (Junior)

Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Within a short timeframe, you will learn how to be proficient in dealing with clients with multiple cultural backgrounds and at all corporate levels. You are the face of Conbit and supported by all your colleagues.
**Responsibilities**:
- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Handle negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the Head of Sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales Aptitude: Always looking for commercial opportunities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different regions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus. (Spanish is a pré)
- Travel willingness: Willingness to travel globally ( +/- 25% of the time)
What We Offer:
- Salary range between € 2.800;
- € 3.300,-, based on experience.
