You will be responsible for creating and maintaining clear process flows and documentation to ensure that all stakeholders adhere to established procedures. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for resolving any issues related to position management and work closely with HR and business units to maintain organizational alignment.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- **_Project Management:_** Leading the transition on mentioned activities below. You will work together with the responsible HRBP.
- **_ Data Management:_** Based on interview collect right input for change in organizational structure and employee data. Prepare and own files to transfer data from as is data in to be situation in HR system. Regularly monitor and audit HR data for accuracy and consistency. Prepare reports and analytics on position management and FTE alignment to support decision making.
- **_ Position Management:_** Manage employee and position data changes in HR system to ensure alignment with organizational structure changes in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
- **_ Process Alignment and Documentation:_** Develop, document, and maintain process flows and descriptions to ensure consistent adherence to position management procedures. Provide clear guidelines and support to stakeholders.
- **_ Stakeholder Collaboration:_** Collaborate with HR, Finance, and department managers to ensure alignment of position management processes with business goals. Provide guidance and support on the correct usage of HR process and system.
- **_ Training and Support_**_:_ Offer training and support to HR staff and managers on position management best practices and functionalities.
- **_ Continuous Improvement_**_:_ Identify areas for process improvement and work on initiatives to optimize position management and data integrity.

**What do you bring?**
- Bachelor’s degree together with at least five years of work experience.
- Proven project management skills in complex settings / area.
- Strong data analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and manage complex data.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in writing process documentation. Good command in both Dutch and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR processes and practices, especially in relation to FTE management and organizational alignment.
- Strong Excel skills.
