Are you tech-savvy and do you love tinkering? Do you want to make the world a little greener? Become a **Financial Reporting, Controlling & Budgeting Executive** as a new member of our Go Sharing Netherlands office.
**Who Are you?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controlling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
**What are you going to do?**
**1. Reporting**:
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
**2. Budgeting and Forecasting**:
- Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop realistic and achievable budgets.
- Prepare financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor and report on budget performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
**3. Financial Controlling**:
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Conduct periodic audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.
- Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
**4. Cost Management**:
- Analyze and monitor cost structures, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and implement cost management strategies to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and track their progress.
