**Wat ga je doen?**
De manager payments & collections draagt zorg voor een volledige en correcte uitvoering van alle finance activiteiten binnen het order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay. Jouw doel als manager is een up-to-date administratie gericht op facturatie en debiteurenbeheer inclusief controle op balansen met als doel het correct verwerken en het tijdig betalen van de facturen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van het trade gedeelte van het netto werkkapitaal en het beheren van de cash forecast. Je zorgt voor tijdige en betrouwbare managementinformatie. Je rapporteert aan de manager accounting & internal control.

**Taken en bevoegdheden**:

- Verantwoordelijk voor het managen van het debiteuren en crediteuren team (13 medewerkers in totaal);
- Eindverantwoordelijk voor het finance order-to-cash proces van factureren, declareren en het beheren en incasseren van openstaande posten, voor zowel de institutionele markt en B2B;
- Binnen het finance order-to-cash proces beoordelen van de kredietwaardigheid van onze klanten en het identificeren en mínimaliseren van de kredietrisico's;
- Eindverantwoordelijk voor het finance purchase-to-pay proces van verwerken en accorderen van facturen, betalingen aan leveranciers (spoedbetalingen en aanmaningen) en hierover contacten onderhouden met alle relevante partijen en onderhouden CoA;
- Verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse cash forecast voor Mediq NL en BE;
- Verantwoordelijk voor analyse van het netto werkkapitaal (trade) en optimalisatie;
- Managen van de KPI’s binnen het team en de finance Benelux KPI’s;
- Actieve ontwikkeling en begeleiden van jouw teamleden;
- Mede verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van nieuwe procedures / optimalisatie van processen t.b.v. verbetering van de kwaliteit en efficiency van de afdeling of organisatie als geheel d.m.v. automatisering, outsourcing en/of robotics;
- Actieve stakeholder management met Mediq sales, sourcing, CCC, finance en treasury en externe klanten en leveranciers;
- Het managen, beheren, controleren en rapporteren van de financiële werkzaamheden betreffende de toegewezen vakinhoudelijke of systeemtechnische specialismen voor alle administraties. (bijv. balansdossiers, openstaande posten, ouderdomsanalyse, maandafsluitingen);
- Adequate (management)informatie voorziening aan management, controlling en accountant;
- Controle op naleving van procedures en voorschriften in lijn van de organisatie en het ondernemen van correctieve acties hierin;
- Participeren in (afdeling overschrijdende) projecten.

**Wat breng je mee?**
- Afgeronde relevante economische of financiële hbo of wo opleiding;
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als people manager van een order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay team in een commerciële, dynamische organisatie;
- Leiderschap, een manager die als rolmodel fungeert en een proactieve coachende managementstijl hanteert;
- Uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
- Ervaring met lean en SAP is een pré;
- Een analytisch vermogen, communicatief vaardig, een motivator en oplossingsgericht.

Wat biedt Mediq nog meer?
- Salaris volgens de cao Mediq (schaal 10) tussen de €4.290;
- tot €6.300;
- bruto o.b.v. 40 uur, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
- Deze mooie en dynamische functie is voor 36 of 40 uur per week, waarbij je mínimaal 2 dagen op kantoor locatie De Meern werkt;
- Vakantiegeld van 8% in april en een extra jaarlijkse uitkering van maximum 7,5%, afhankelijk van individuele prestaties en doelstellingen;
- Laptop + telefoon;
- Reiskostenvergoeding €0,21 per km, t/m max 50 km enkele reis;
- 26,5 vakantiedagen per jaar o.b.v. een dienstverband van 40 uur (met mogelijkheid om bij te kopen);
- Persoonlijke groei, inzicht en regie over je eigen ontwikkeling;
- Bij Mediq werken we hybride: dat betekent een combinatie tussen werken op kantoor De Meern (2 dagen per week) en thuiswerken (vrijdag is een vaste thuiswerkdag).
