Onze opdrachtgever in Oostrum is een groeiende onderneming die haar team wil uitbreiden om de verdere groei te ondersteunen.

Wat ga je doen als functie klantenservicemedewerker Service en Support;
**Jouw Werkzaamheden.**
- Verkoopcyclus: Begeleiden van klanten door het gehele verkoopproces, van offerte tot orderverwerking en after-sales ondersteuning;
- Advies en oplossingen: Adviseren van klanten over producten die het beste aansluiten bij hun behoeften en het aanbieden van passende oplossingen;
- Administratieve taken: Zorgen voor nauwkeurige en tijdige verwerking van verkooporders, offertes en andere documentatie;
- Klantfeedback: Luisteren naar klantfeedback en eventuele klachten behandelen met de juiste follow-upacties.

Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van telefonische en digitale klantvragen en orders van onze klanten in de Benelux. In deze rol fungeer je als dé schakel tussen ons bedrijf en onze klanten, waarbij een grondige productkennis en beheersing van verschillende talen belangrijk is.

Je zult regelmatig contact hebben met accountmanagers en onze marketingmanager om onze verkoopinspanningen te ondersteunen.

- MBO of hoger werk
- en denkniveau;
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels (Duits is mooi meegenomen);
- Gedegen kennis van verkoop
- en onderhandelingstechnieken;
- Ben je Sociaal, vriendelijk en empathisch;
- Proactieve en zelfsturende houding;
- Leergierig en nauwkeurig;
- Beschikbaar Fulltime;
- Enige sales ervaring, bij voorkeur in de B2B-sector;
- Heb je kennis van de E-Mobility en IT Energy & Parts industrie, is dat mooie meegenomen.

Je komt te werken in een nieuw ingericht pand in Oostrum. Als medewerker Financieel Manager stuur je twee medewerkers aan die je begeleidt en ondersteunt in de dagelijkse financiële activiteiten.

Al meer dan 15 jaar is onze opdrachtgever een Full Service Distributeur op het gebied van E-mobility, IT en onderdelen in de Benelux. Met hun webshops en uitgebreide catalogus bieden ze zowel bedrijven als consumenten een breed scala aan producten voor diverse toepassingen. Zij zetten zich dagelijks in om de levensduur van elektronische apparaten te verlengen en de groei van e-waste tegen te gaan.

Onze opdrachtgever heeft recent een succesvolle verhuizing gemaakt van Beek en Donk naar hun nieuwe, moderne locatie in Oostrum, waar nu zowel het logistieke team als het kantoorpersoneel volledig operationeel zijn. Samen bouwen ze verder aan de toekomst, allemaal vanuit één locatie
